Terminal Management
CEKAB offers a terminal management service that helps acquiring banks meet their merchants’ high expectations on secure and functional payment solutions. With many terminals and communication options to choose from, our services can fulfil the needs of any type of business.
Terminals are managed and can be upgraded in collaboration with the terminal supplier to meet Visa/MasterCard demands or bank requirements. Online terminals will call CEKAB daily to check if new parameters are available, and download the latest parameters.
Statistics for your connected terminals and merchants is available via web-interface.
Service & Support
Our Service & Support Center offer first line support for directly connected terminals, and will forward calls to terminal suppliers if necessary. Service & Support Center also handles registration of terminals and merchants, in accordance with information provided by the bank. Registration can be handled manually or via daily file deliveries.
Suppliers
CEKAB collaborates with several terminal suppliers. New suppliers and terminals are tested and certified by CEKAB. Existing terminals are managed and can be upgraded to meet demands from MasterCard and Visa.
CEKAB maintains ongoing contact with terminal suppliers and relays information to the banks. Routines between CEKAB and terminal suppliers are developed and maintained by mutual consultation.
